SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alcohol industry. Method of production of rectified ethyl alcohol and distillate from grain raw materials involves digestion of alcohol from the mash in a crocheted column with the transition of ethyl alcohol and associated impurities to the melt distillate with the steam from that column, purification of the braided distillate from the head and intermediate impurities in the column, distillation of the epurate in the alcohol column with the selection of fractions of fusel oil, fusel alcohol and unpasteurized alcohol, separation of fractions containing head and intermediate compounds in the accelerating column with the supply of softened water to its upper tray, removal of head impurities and methanol in the final purification column, concentration of impurities in the fusel-oil concentrating column, whereby the grain distillate is taken from one of the sections of the wash heater or the columnar condenser, is further purified in an adsorber filter with an ion exchange resin.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to simultaneously obtain rectified alcohol and distillate with improved quality.
