FIELD: alcohol industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes boiling-off of alcohol from distiller's wart in wart column at change of ethyl alcohol and by-products into distiller's wart, cleaning distiller's wart from overhead and intermediate admixtures including fusel oil components in intermediate fractionating column operating in hydraulic selection mode. Then, fractionation intermediate product is rectified in alcohol column at selection of fusel oil fractions, fusel oil and non-pasteurized alcohol, distillation of fractions of overhead and intermediate admixtures of ethyl alcohol in distillation column. Ethanol is additionally cleaned from organic acids and other tailings by taking continuous distillation water still of intermediate fractionating column. Fractionation intermediate product is withdrawn from vapor phase of plates of boiling-off part of intermediate fractionating column and is fed to vapor space of alcohol column feed plate. Fractions from condensers of wart, alcohol and methanol columns and condenser of carbon dioxide separator and alcohol traps are directed to plates of upper part of distillation column. Fractions of fusel oil and hot water for hydraulic selection are fed to upper plate of lower part of distillation column. Part of vapor discharged from vapor space of said plate is directed to first dephlegmator where overhead and intermediate admixtures are concentrated. Concentrate of these admixtures is extracted from first condenser of distillation column. Remaining vapor is used for heating the upper part of distillation column; methanol and overhead admixtures are concentrated on plates of distillation column and in second dephlegmator; their concentrate is extracted from second condenser of distillation column. Concentrate of intermediate admixtures is extracted from liquid phase of lower plates of upper part of distillation column. Fractions from condenser of intermediate fractionating column and water layer from fusel oil scrubber are directed to middle zone of lower part of distillation column. Still fluid of distillation column is directed to upper plate of intermediate fractionating column.
EFFECT: improved quality of ethyl alcohol.
