FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, dermatology, dermatocosmetology. An exogenous-pigmented skin area is exposed sequentially to laser radiation generated in Nd:YAP/Q-switched medium of wavelength 1079 nm, pulse energy 10 J, pulse repetition rate 1 to 5 Hz, pulse duration 5 ns to 2 ms. Then said area is exposed to laser radiation generated in Er:YAG medium of wavelength 2936 nm, pulse energy 0.1 to 2 J, pulse repetition rate 1 to 10 Hz, pulse duration within 0.1 to 0.3 ms. Then the treated area is coagulated with 10% potassium permanganate. The procedure is unitary.
EFFECT: method allows removing exogenous skin pigmentation at minimum injuries, and ensuring complete pygmentolysis within one procedure.
