SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes treating affected area by CO₂- laser under conditions sufficient for ablation and carrying out ablation by focal spots spaced at 0.5 mm minimum. Disclosed method further prescribes carrying out treatment in epidermal layer, if vascular hemangiomas and tattoos are remote from surface, and repeating treatment every four months until these fade out completely. In case dermal abnormalities protrude from skin surface, treatment should be conducted in layer-after-layer manner until level of surrounding sound skin is reached. EFFECT: more sophisticated technique.
