FIELD: soil or rock drilling; mining.

SUBSTANCE: device for monitoring dynamic stresses in multilayer twisted rope and drum in super deep well includes support system, winding system, dynamic load monitoring system and tension control system. Winding system consists of electric motor, which is connected to drive shaft by means of reduction gear. Disk with flange adjoins drive shaft and is secured by double drum secured on drive shaft to coupling. On both sides of double drum friction wheels are fixed, to which disc brakes (2, 3) are fixed on one side, and steel rope (4) is wound on double drum recess in, at least, two layers. Dynamic load monitoring system consists of drum servomotor (8), the threaded rod of which is connected to cable clamp (6) by means of the S-shaped strain gage (7), one end of cable (4) passes through clamp (6) and is fixed therein. In design of recess and partition of double drum (16) there are U-shaped through slots, to inner side of which are attached strain gauges.

EFFECT: device is used in a method for monitoring dynamic stresses in a multilayer twisted rope and a drum for monitoring dynamic stresses formed in a steel rope in the area of the surface of a double drum and a baffle in real time.
