FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to thoracic surgery, and can be used for bronchomyoplasty after faceless treatment of the right main bronchus. Broadest muscle of the back of the back is mobilized and transposed on the vascular pedicle into the pleural cavity through counter-pulpit in 2nd intercostal space along the anterior axillary line. Muscular fibers of the flap are placed above the line of the bronchial suture of the right main bronchus perpendicular to the axis of the trachea, fixed to the trachea and the left main bronchus with two vicryl tape on the atraumatic needle. Free ends of each tape are knotted in place of its prick out with dosed tightening, sufficient for sealing, but excluding critical ischemia of the muscular flap and stenosis of the left main bronchus and trachea.
EFFECT: method provides higher reliability of bronchial suture closure.
