FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to conversion of solar energy. Photoelectric device for converting solar energy comprises photoelectric converter with terminals for connection, power switch, diode and load, wherein to the positive terminal of the photoelectric converter there connected is the diode anode, differing by the fact that the input of the power switch is connected to the positive terminal of the photoelectric converter, and a positive input of the DC-DC converter is connected to the diode cathode, the negative input of which and the output of the power switch are connected to the first terminal of the current sensor, the second output of the current sensor is connected to the negative terminal of the photoelectric converter, besides, output of timing generator is connected to control inputs of power switch and memory device, output of current sensor is connected to information input of memory device and input of error generator, second input of which is connected to output of storage device, and output of error generator is connected to control input of DC-DC converter, to outputs of which load is connected.

EFFECT: technical result of invention consists in improvement of operating characteristics of device due to faster operation of searching for optimum operating point.
