FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to development of structures for additional heat insulation of walls during construction and repair of buildings. Panel for additional heat insulation of walls comprises sheets forming face and rear planes of panel with air layer between them, as well as limiters, each of which is made in the form of at least four cells connected in a single structural part, having in the central part where the cell stiffness ribs converge, a fastener insertion channel for fastening the face plane to the delimiter. Stiffness ribs of each of the limiters are recessed into a mass of plastic material, from which a sheet is formed, which forms a rear plane of the panel. Panel sheets are structurally grouped in packages of 8 pieces with rigid connection between rear and front planes and ninth in centre, which can move horizontally relative to the wall by attaching to its front surface a vibrator with a drive and a speed regulator, a temperature controller connected to an air temperature sensor located inside the panel, wherein the temperature controller includes comparison and setting units, electronic and magnetic amplifiers, a nonlinear feedback unit, and the movement speed regulator is made in the form of a block of powder electromagnetic couplings. Fastening part is made in the form of a rod with a two-sided threaded connection, besides, by one end the rod is rigidly connected to the fastening channel in the central part of the delimiter, and the other end is connected to the face plane of each panel sheet as capable of free horizontal movement by means of flexible links, so rigid connection, wherein inside the panel on the front plane of the sheet of free horizontal movement is a vibrator. In the fastener inlet channel, a flexible annular membrane is made, the inner volume of which is filled with excess pressure air, and is provided with an opening with a nipple connecting the inner volume of the membrane with the air layer, note here that annular gasket from rigid material with hole arranged coaxially with hole and nipple in flexible annular membrane is arranged between flexible link in form of spring and outer surface of membrane.
EFFECT: maintaining normalized strength parameters of walls during prolonged operation under conditions of vibrations from vibrator operation, which moves ventilated air in air layer, by means of vibration damping in flexible connection in form of spring due to implementation of flexible membrane in channel for attachment of fastening part.
