FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of developing structures for the additional thermal insulation of walls while constructing and repairing buildings, designed to reduce the heat input from the room to the wall thickness when installing insulation panels inside the room or for protecting the walls from the effects of adverse atmospheric processes while installing panels on the external side of the building. The panel for additional thermal insulation of walls comprises sheets forming the front and the rear panel planes with an air layer between them. The structural elements of the panel are made of materials that do not support combustion, have low thermal conductivity and are selected from the "polyurethane foam" group for the rear plane, rigid polyurethane foam with the closed-mesh structure for delimiters, expanded polystyrene, fibreboard, drywall sheets for the front plane. Wherein the panel sheets are structurally grouped in packages by eight pieces with the rigid connection between the rear and the front plane and the ninth one in the center, which has the ability to move horizontally relative to the wall, due to attaching a vibrator with a drive and a motion speed regulator connected to an air temperature sensor located inside the panel. On the rear plane of the panel sheets, curvilinear grooves with the opposite tangent direction on each adjacent pair of panel sheets are made. The panel is characterized in that the curvature of each curvilinear groove is made in the form of cycloid as brachistochrone, and its cavity has the form of a "dovetail".

EFFECT: maintaining normalized thermophysical parameters of enclosing structures and panels for additional thermal insulation of the walls of a building and increasing the heat transfer coefficient compared to pure air.
