FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: panel for additional thermal insulation of the walls contains sheets forming the front and back panel planes with an air gap between them. The structural elements of the panel are made of materials which do not support combustion and have low thermal conductivity. Each of the delimiters is made in the form of at least four cells connected to a single structural part, having a channel in the central part for inserting a fastener. Stiffening ribs of each of the delimiters are recessed into a mass of plastic material from which a sheet forming the back plane of the panel is formed. The panel sheets are structurally grouped in packages of eight pieces with a rigid connection between the back and front planes and the ninth in the center. A vibrator with a drive and a travel speed regulator, a temperature regulator connected to an air temperature sensor located inside the panel are attached to the front surface. The temperature regulator comprises comparison and setting units, electronic and magnetic amplifiers, a non-linear feedback unit, and the travel speed regulator is made in the form of a unit of powder electromagnetic couplings. The fastener is made in the form of a rod with a double-sided threaded connection. The vibrator is located inside the panel on the front sheet plane of free horizontal movement. Curvilinear grooves with the opposite tangent direction on each adjacent pair of panel sheets are made on the back plane of the panel sheets, structurally grouped into eight pieces. The travel speed regulator is connected to the moisture regulator which includes humidity sensor located inside the panel. The humidity regulator comprises comparison and setting units, electronic and magnetic amplifiers, a non-linear feedback unit. The magnetic amplifier is connected to the travel regulator in the form of a unit of powder electromagnetic couplings, and the humidity sensor is connected to the comparison unit. The panel is equipped with a thermoelectric complex including a set of differential thermocouples and the vibrator drive in the form of an electric motor, energetically connected to each other, wherein the "hot" ends of the differential thermocouples are located on the inner surface of the panel's front plane, and the "cold" ends are reinforced on its outer surface. At the same time, the "hot" ends of the differential thermocouples' set are covered with a dielectric made of tantalum oxide and fixed on the inner surface of the passageway for ventilation air.
EFFECT: maintenance of the given heat-insulating properties of panels in the presence of fine-dispersed moisture in the atmospheric air, used as vented in the air layer, by reducing the standardized parameters of the thermo-emf due to the electrical potential dissipation of the hot ends of the differential thermocouples' set along the condensate film, which is achieved by coating them with a dielectric made of tantalum oxide.
