FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of structures of additional heat insulation of walls in construction and repair of buildings, intended for reduction of ingress of heat from the room in wall thickness at installation of heat-insulating panels indoors or for protection of walls from adverse atmospheric processes at installation of panels on the outside of the building. Panel for additional heat insulation of walls comprises sheets forming the front and rear panels of plane with air layer between them. Structural elements of the panel are made from materials which do not supporting burning, having low heat conductivity. Each of the dividers is made in the form of a connected in one single structural part at least four cells having in the central part a channel for entry of the fastener. Stiffening ribs of each of dividers are buried into the mass of plastic material, from which is formed a sheet to make rear panel plane. Sheets of panel structurally grouped by packets of eight pieces with rigid connection between a rear and front planes and the ninth in the centre. To the front surface of the vibrator is connected with drive and movement speed regulator, temperature regulator, connected with air temperature sensor located inside the panel. Temperature regulator includes units of comparison and setting, electronic and magnetic amplifiers, non-linear feedback unit, and movement speed regulator is made in the form of powder electromagnetic clutches. Fastener is made in the form of a rod with double-sided threaded connection. Inside the panel on the front of the plane of the sheet is free horizontal movement of the vibrator. On the rear plane sheets panel structurally grouped by eight pieces, curved grooves made with opposite direction of tangent at every adjacent pair sheets panel. Speed regulator is connected with humidity controller, including humidity sensor arranged inside the panel. Humidity controller includes setting units and a comparator unit, electronic and magnetic amplifiers, non-linear feedback unit. Magnetic amplifier is connected to displacement control in the form of powder electromagnetic clutches, and the humidity sensor is connected to the comparison unit. Panel is equipped with thermoelectric complex, including a set of differential thermocouples and vibrator drive motor, energetically connected to each other, note here that “hot” ends of differential thermocouples are located on inner surface of the front panel plane, and “cold” ends are fixed on its outer surface.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of power consumption at operation of panels for additional heat insulation, by elimination of power supply of electric circuits to motor drive vibrator and use as source of energy of thermo-EMF generated by set of differential thermocouples, “hot” and “cold” ends of which are located on inner and outer surfaces of the front panel plane.
