FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of structures for additional thermal insulation of walls during the construction and repair of buildings, designed to reduce heat flow from a room into the wall thickness when installing thermal insulation panels indoors or to protect walls from the effect of adverse atmospheric processes when installing panels from the outside of a building by eliminating the accumulation of atmospheric moisture on the front and back surfaces of a panel for additional thermal insulation of walls due to coating the front and back surfaces with moisture-repellent epoxy enamel. The panel for additional thermal insulation of walls contains sheets forming the front and back planes of the panel with an air layer between them. Each of delimiters is made in the form of a connection into a single structural part of at least four cells, having in the central part, where stiffeners of cells converge, a channel for entering a fastener designed to attach the front plane to the delimiter. Stiffeners of each of delimiters are sunk into the mass of plastic material, from which a sheet is formed forming the back plane of the panel, before it begins to harden, as a result of which a strong connection of each delimiter with the back plane of the panel is obtained, made with the possibility of attaching to the wall using fasteners. Panel sheets are structurally grouped in packages of eight pieces with a rigid connection between the back and front planes and the ninth in the center. The fastener is made in the form of a rod with a double-sided threaded connection, in addition, one end of the rod is rigidly connected to the fixing channel in the central part of the delimiter, and the other end is connected to the front plane of each panel sheet with the possibility of both free horizontal movement by means of flexible ties, and a rigid connection. A vibrator is located inside the panel on the front plane of the sheet of free horizontal movement. On the back plane of panel sheets, curved grooves are made with the opposite direction of the tangent on each adjacent pair of panel sheets, while on the first sheet of the pair, the tangent of the curved groove has a clockwise direction, and on the second sheet of this pair of panels, the tangent of the curved groove has a counterclockwise direction. Moisture-repellent epoxy enamel is applied to the front and back surfaces of the panel from the ventilation air side.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining a panel for additional thermal insulation of walls.
