SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Proposed is cheese molding device. Device comprises a molding cylinder, a movable plate serving as a cheese mold support and configured to close the lower part of the molding cylinder, and also provide access to cheese form, a detergent circuit for cleaning the molding device and a protective casing between the base of the molding cylinder and the movable plate.
EFFECT: invention provides high level of hygiene.
