FIELD: data processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transmission of discrete information and can be used for clock digital synchronization of signals in telecode communication and control systems. In the method, first, from the signals at the demodulator output, the phases of fronts of the received binary messages are determined. Then, the last n phases of the fronts of the received binary parcels are analysed according to a statistical criterion, a decision is made on the presence or absence of a signal in the communication channel and a histogram of the quadrature components of the phase of fronts of the received binary parcels is plotted. Histogram of quadrature components is used to determine total values of quadrature components of the phase of fronts of received binary packages. Tangent of the phase of undistorted fronts of binary parcels is then calculated in the form of the ratio of the summed values of the quadrature components. Further, the evaluation of the phase of fronts of undistorted binary parcels is determined as the arc tangent of the tangent of the phase of undistorted fronts of binary parcels.

EFFECT: high accuracy of establishing clock digital signal synchronization.
