FIELD: electrical communication engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to telecommunications and can be used in transmitting discrete messages by amplitude-shift keying with multiple time-frequency spacing of signals over decametric communication channels, which are subject both to selective fading, and to the effect of additive concentrated on spectrum (station) and on time (pulse) interference. Said technical result is achieved due to that on the transmitting side of the radio link when transmitting the message by amplitude-shift keying with frequency-time diversity of signals, each elementary transmission emitted by the transmitter in accordance with the time of its radiation is additionally phase-manipulated with a period shorter than the duration of the elementary sending of the symbol in such a way that by means of phase modulation to include into the elementary message information content on the number of this elementary sending in the transmitted symbol. This makes it possible, first, to realize cyclic synchronization on the receiving side of the radio link, and secondly, based on the locations of change of phase values of the signal, ensure on the receiving side of the radio link clock synchronization when receiving individual elementary packages and thirdly, based on the value of telegraph distortions of the phase-shift keyed signal, determining the quality estimate of the received elementary message. After determining the locations of elementary packages at the input of the demodulator, the elementary chip phase is re-manipulated, after which the radio signal acquires a form, which can be received by a conventional amplitude demodulator.
EFFECT: possibility of synchronization and quality assessment individually when receiving each individual message frame without increasing its duration and without reducing the rate of transmitting information.
