FIELD: radio engineering, communication systems with code separation of channels. SUBSTANCE: proposed method employs quantization of sequence of readings of complex input signal. Each reading of sequence is presented in the form of pair of digital values of phase and amplitude. Magnitude of complex correlation is determined by way of summation of digital values of phase in readings of complex input and reference signals and digital values of amplitude in readings of complex input signal and by subsequent weight summation of results thus forming in-phase and quadrature components of complex correlation. First version of proposed device for reception of wide-band signal makes it possible to realize given method thanks to usage of unit of phase and amplitude quantization, former of summary values and weight adder. Second, third and fourth versions of device are intended for increased duration of processed signal. They present three versions of stage connection of formers of summary values and weight adders. Third version in this case corresponds to coherent and fourth version to incoherent summation of correlation magnitudes.
