SUBSTANCE: method includes steps of: determining, by means of a device on the network side, a terminal device which performs downlink data transmission, wherein the terminal device comprises an IoT terminal; sending, by means of a device on the network side, a downlink data frame, wherein the downlink data frame comprises a preamble of a previous version, a high-performance wireless local area network preamble and a data field; resource of subcarriers, which corresponds to data field in frequency domain, contains at least one resource unit (RU); said RU is used to send an IoT downlink frame to an IoT terminal, wherein the downlink IoT frame comprises an IoT preamble and an IoT data field.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the probability of conflict during communication.
