FIELD: industrial electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital circuitry, automation and industrial electronics. To achieve the technical result, the triggering asynchronous D trigger on the field-effect transistors has five field-effect transistors, five resistors and a source of direct-current supply. Novelty is that it includes five resistors and an additional field-effect transistor, the first resistor being connected between the drain of the second field-effect transistor and the common drain lead of the first field-effect transistor and the gate of the third field-effect transistor, one output of outputs of the second resistor is connected to the output of the source of direct-current supply, its second output is connected to the drain of the additional field-effect transistor and their common output is connected to the gate of the fourth transistor, among themselves included are drain of fourth field transistor, gate of additional transistor and one of terminals of fifth resistor, other terminal of last resistor is connected to free terminal of third resistor and their common output forms output relative to "ground" of asynchronous D trigger, and its input relative to "ground" forms common output of gates of first and second field transistors.
EFFECT: increased loading capacity of triggering asynchronous D trigger on field-effect transistors.
