SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and a payment terminal for authorizing access to goods or services. Method comprises steps of: receiving a transaction request for prepayment or reservation of goods or services; determining that FSP is not present in the blacklist, and in response to authorizing said request for a transaction received from the secondary payment device; and when an attempt is made to access said prepaid or reserved goods or services, it is determined whether FSP is present in a white list, including FSP, for which goods/services have been reserved or prepaid, and if FSP is present in white list, access to said prepaid or reserved goods or services is allowed.
EFFECT: saving power and processing resources on network nodes when executing a transaction.
