FIELD: distributed computing systems.

SUBSTANCE: computing node in a distributed information security system is configured to communicate with a subset of clients of a distributed information security system, provide at least one cryptographic service for clients of the subset, perform a deterministic process based on data identifying a transaction for a client in the mentioned a subset of clients to associate a key from said set of keys with a service request for a given client related to said transaction, the same key to be used for other service requests related to the same transaction, and perform the same deterministic process with repeated usage of said set of keys in a key list for other cryptographic services for other transactions for said subset of clients for a limited period of validity of the key list, and when the key list is no longer valid, the key list is replaced with another key list.

EFFECT: increase of efficiency of providing a cryptographic service in a distributed system while ensuring the security of the service.
