SUBSTANCE: application: for compact antenna array of MIMO-radar. Essence of the invention consists in that the antenna system comprises a first antenna element consisting of N feed elements, N planar radiating elements and N planar re-radiating elements; a second antenna element consisting of N feed elements, N planar radiating elements and N planar re-radiating elements; grounding plate located directly under the first and second antenna elements, wherein N of the first antennae elements are connected to the grounding plate and N radiating elements of the first antenna element, and N of feeding elements of second antenna element are connected to grounding plate and N radiating elements of second antenna element, wherein the antenna system further comprises N grounding reflecting elements arranged between each of the N re-emitting elements of the first antenna element and the N re-emitting elements of the second antenna element.

EFFECT: possibility of creating an antenna array with high isolation between receiving and transmitting elements.
