SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of paying for goods and/or services using a mobile terminal without an Internet connection. Method comprises installing, on a mobile terminal, a terminal software application for making payment; recording the installed terminal software application by the number of the mobile terminal on the server, if necessary to perform a specific payment, scanning, using the mobile terminal, the initial payment information dynamically formed in the payment point and identifying data on the goods and (or) service to be paid; based on the scanned source payment information generating auxiliary payment information, for which a disposable token is generated based on the scanned original payment information, converting formed disposable token into auxiliary payment information and outputting it to screen of mobile terminal; reading an image of auxiliary payment information with a payment point scanner; transmitting data of read auxiliary payment information to server; specific payment is made.
