METHOD FOR EVALUATING A POWER STORAGE DEVICE, A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A POWER STORAGE DEVICE AND A TEST SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC H01M10/42 H01M2/34 H01G9/00 H01G13/00

Abstract RU 2693876 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric engineering, namely to the method of evaluation of accumulation of power by an accumulator or a capacitor, as well as to a test system. Proposed method of evaluation of power accumulation device includes, at least, the following stages [a]–[f], at which: [a] preparing power storage device (101); [b] charging level of power accumulation device (101) is controlled so as to form the first potential difference between positive electrode (10) and negative electrode (20); [c] positive electrode (10) or negative electrode (20) is selected as a reference electrode; [d] after the charge level is adjusted, performing the operation to insert the conductive rod-like element (1) into assembled portion (50) along the laying direction of positive electrode (10) and negative electrode (20), while the second potential difference between the reference electrode and rod-like element (1) is measured; [e] rod-like element (1) is stopped; [f] estimating power accumulation device (101) based on state of power storage device (101) after rod-like element (1) is stopped. Proposed evaluation method provides higher reliability of power accumulator device state estimation due to possibility to detect short circuit between any its single layers in package section. Test system for evaluation of accumulation device includes at least drive device, voltage measurement device and control device.

EFFECT: invention can be used for selective monitoring of state of power accumulation device or for analysis of technical requirements for it during development.
