SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to wireless communication. Vehicle communication system includes a controller programmed in response to detection, without initial establishment of connection with remote vehicle, service distributed by a remote vehicle indicating that communication with a remote vehicle is available using the service, confirm that a unique service identifier corresponds to a service identifier, on which there is a subscription, and, upon receiving an input signal for activating a service on which there is a subscription, to contact the remote vehicle using the service to which there is a subscription.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the fact that the broadcasting vehicle can announce at least one service identified by the unique service provider identifier (PSID) without initial connection with the receiving vehicle by establishing a short-range communication connection (DSRC).
