SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Disclosed is a system for monitoring and acting on at least one object of interest and/or processes performed by it, comprising: at least one means for obtaining information which is configured to obtain information about an object of interest, at least one actuator, which is configured to act on an object of interest, wherein the information obtaining means and the operating means are geo-referenced by coordinating the coordinates indicating the position of the corresponding means, further comprising: a central control unit which is connected to the information obtaining means and the acting means, controls the information exchange with or between the information obtaining means and the acting means, in response to triggering an alarm signal, requests information from a means for obtaining information and, based on information from the information obtaining means, induces the acting means to perform actions on the effect on the object of interest and/or on the processes it performs; and a communication network through which information exchange is carried out between means or means and a central control unit, wherein said at least one information acquisition means and said at least one actuation means are connected to a communication network providing a one- or bidirectional data stream.
EFFECT: providing reliable monitoring and timely impact on at least one object of interest, and/or processes performed by it.
