FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, in particular, to designs of energy-saving buildings intended for residence or stay of people. Building has part (1) for people living, consisting of three floors, one above-ground and two underground ones. Part (1) of the residential building has entrance doors. Light-permeable part of the building adjoins the southern wall of part (1) of the building for people living on its entire height and made in the form of a vertical light shaft having a transparent roof. Inside the shaft there is ladder (5) for connection of all floors of building part (1). In the wall of part (1) of the building, which is adjoined by a vertical light shaft, there are windows and doors for access to ladder (5). Part of the building for living or staying of people has at least three floors, the upper one of which is located above the ground, and the lower one – below the ground freezing depth.

EFFECT: invention increases energy efficiency of a building.
