FIELD: valve industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of non-metallic composite reinforcements, particularly, to spiral winding devices of winding roving on rod in production of composite reinforcement. Device of spiral winding for process line for production of composite reinforcement comprises: disk-like creel, made with possibility of rotation around its axis, on base of which at least two drums are installed, which are made with possibility of installation of direct roving bobbins of inner unwinding, each drum is made with possibility of rotation around its axis and straightening roving strand winding from reel inner side; on each drum for arrangement of straight roving bobbins there is a tension tensioner providing swirling of the straight roving string relative to its axis during rotation of the drum about its axis with formation of twisted roving; cylindrical bushing located in central part of disk-like creel and made with possibility of passage of reinforcement rod through center of cylindrical bushing, cylindrical bushing has holes for passage of twisted roving and spiral winding of twisted roving to reinforcement bar at rotation of disk-like creel around its axis.

EFFECT: improved manufacturability of spiral winding device, increased efficiency.
