FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of composite articles, namely to devices for preparation of roving by unwinding and twisting, and can be used in production of composite reinforcement and other composite articles. Roving unwinding and twisting device comprises bobbin holders made with possibility of internal unwinding direct roving bobbins installation and comprises a control panel, drive connected by means of belt transmission with bobbin holders, each of which contains hollow shaft made with possibility of rotation and connected with guide tube made with possibility of rotation around shaft axis, fixed platform for installation of direct roving bobbin. Thread tensioner is equipped with an inlet hole and horizontal rods arranged one above the other with an offset. Guide devices for guiding roving to winding reels are made with possibility of rotation by means of the first geared motor. Device for laying the twisted roving on the winding reel is connected to the second geared motor.

EFFECT: increasing the productivity of the product manufacturing process using twisted roving.
