Wearing element includes a front surface on the front part and a rear surface on the rear part. Wearing element includes a front lower edge, a rear lower edge parallel to the front lower edge, an inner lower edge and an outer lower edge. Wearing element includes front surface between front lower edge, rear lower edge, inner lower edge and outer lower edge. Wearing element includes lower wearing edge between outer lower edge and inner lower edge, which is substantially parallel to front and rear lower edges. Wearing element includes lower wear surface and lower bevelled surface. Angle of the lower skewed surface between the lower skewed surface and the rear surface is at most equal to 150 degrees. Body has a symmetrical shape so that the worn element can be turned from the first mounting position, in which the lower part is engaged with the treated surface, into the second mounting position, in which the upper part is engaged with the processed surface.
