SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transmitting-and-receiving radio engineering structures and can be used in linear power amplifiers of the shortwave radio range. Device comprises power amplifier module, converter module, filter-switch, control module, protection module. All modules are made on separate boards, arranged in certain manner and provided with screens and heat-removing dielectric gaskets. Device of power amplifier has reduced dimensions, increased range of operating frequencies from 1.5 to 30 MHz, high level of noise immunity.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of transverse dimensions with increase in performed functions, improved heat removal and noise immunity.
