FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to linear power amplifiers. To this end, the power amplifier device comprises a housing, a base, a side wall and a cover. On one side of board (B) there installed are electronic components of power amplifier module (PAM). Other side of B is electrically connected to the base by means of a rigid fixture. Device has high-frequency input and output, as well as input for power supply. Insertion of a dielectric plate (DP) located inside the housing, on one side of which there are electronic components of the power module (PM). Other side of the DP, which faces the electronic components of the PAM, is electrically screened by means of a conducting layer. Racks are installed, installed on B, some of which serve for fastening of DP, and others, of greater length, are passed through DP and serve for attachment of cover. Side wall is provided with ledges and cavities along its perimeter, and end faces of the base and the cover are equipped with appropriate projections and cavities.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of dimensions with arrangement of power supply module in single housing, increased range of operating frequencies, high level of noise immunity.
