FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to production of neurons originating from induced pluripotent stem cells, which have standardized sensitivity to the Clostridium neurotoxin polypeptide, and standardization of neuron neurotoxin receptor sensitivity to neuron polypeptide, originating from induced pluripotent stem cells, as well as determining biological activity of the Clostridium neurotoxin polypeptide and using GT1b. Method involves culturing various groups of neurons originating from induced pluripotent stem cells in a culture medium containing GT1b for at least 3 hours. Various groups of neurons from the induced pluripotent stem cells are then brought into contact with the Clostridium neurotoxin polypeptide. That is followed by culturing said different groups of neurons originating from induced pluripotent stem cells, for at least 24 hours in the presence of GT1b in conditions which enable said Clostridium neurotoxin polypeptide to exhibit its biological activity.
EFFECT: invention widens the range of equipment.
