FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to paediatrics, and can be used for preventive diagnostics of health level reduction in children arrived from a social catastrophe zone. Oral liquid of the child is analysed twice to determine concentration of immunoglobulin A (CIA) and concentration of immunoglobulin G (CIG), wherein the examination is performed one hour after meals; oral cavity 15 minutes before the oral fluid intake is washed with sodium chloride solution 0.9. Interval between examinations is 30 days, the CIA to CIG ratio is calculated, if the CIA to CIG ratio is decreased in second study 3 times or more, the child is considered to be at risk of reducing the health level.

EFFECT: method provides more informative clinical and laboratory examination of a child by using a study of the ratio of immunoglobulin A concentration to concentration of immunoglobulin G in the oral fluid in dynamics (30 days) for detection among children arriving from the social catastrophe.
