SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely pediatrics, and can be used for a preventive assessment of the risk of a reduction in the level of health of adolescent boys. Capillary blood is examined and quantified using a spectrophotometer to determine the degree of hemolysis of erythrocytes. The degree of hemolysis of erythrocytes is determined twice with an interval of 6 months. With an increase in the degree of hemolysis determined in units of optical density, in the second study by more than 10% compared with the first study, a high risk of a reduction in the level of health is revealed in the boy. Otherwise, the risk of a reduction in the level of health of this adolescent boy is low.
EFFECT: method provides an opportunity to increase the informativeness of the clinical and laboratory examination of a teenager by using a study of the dynamics of the degree of hemolysis of erythrocytes in the interval of 6 months.
