FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to microbiology, laboratory diagnostics and paediatrics, and can be used for assessing the level of children's resistance. Mucous-genetic analysis of the oral fluid for the presence of herpes virus DNA: Epstein-Barr virus, cytomegalovirus, herpes simplex 6, herpes simplex virus 1 and type 2. A resistance level is evaluated: in children not having herpes microbiota in the oral cavity, determine the high resistance, medium resistance – in the presence of one herpes virus, low resistance – association of two or more herpes viruses in the oral fluid.
EFFECT: method enables assessing the level of body resistance of children of I-II group of health by evaluating a significant complex of the viral microbiota component of the oral cavity.
