Abstract RU 2733948 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical enzymology and chemical-pharmaceutical industry and is intended for treating gynaecological and proctologic diseases accompanied by oxidative stress. Composition for treating gynaecological and proctologic diseases accompanied by oxidative stress consists of an antioxidant active substance and a base. As an active substance, it contains particles obtained by mixing buffer solutions of the antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase in concentration of 2.5–10.0 mg/ml and polycation in concentration of 2.5–10.0 mg/ml, stirring and holding mixture, followed by addition of buffer solution of polyanion in concentration of 2.5–10.0 mg/ml, mixing and holding the obtained mixture, adding an aqueous solution of glutaric aldehyde, taken in an amount which provides a molar ratio with the amino groups of polycation of 0.3–1.5, holding the mixture, adding aqueous solution of sodium borohydride in concentration 1–2 mg/ml, cleaning mixture using membrane filtration system with transmission limit of 90–130 kilodalton, lyophilic drying of purified mixture and mixing lyophilizate with base. Polycation is selected from a group comprising protamine, polylysine and polyarginine. Polyanion is a block copolymer of polyglutamic acid and polyethylene glycol or a block copolymer of polyaspartic acid and polyethylene glycol. Components are used in claimed amounts.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables higher clinical effectiveness in inflammatory diseases and increases the duration of active substance release from composition from 12 to 18 hours.
