FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: group of the inventions relates to chemical enzymology, to method for creation of dispersion, which contains polymer nanoparticles with encapsulated antioxidant enzyme, in particular to obtaining water dispersion of nanoparticles with composition superoxidedismutase/polycation/polyanion, intended for medical application. Claimed polymer nanoparticle with enzyme/polycation/polyanion composition contains antioxidant enzyme superoxidedismutase and is characterised by the fact that enzyme is covered with internal polycation coating and external polyanion coating, with coatings being covalently cross-linked with each other or inside themselves by means of linker, and nanoparticle has hydrodynamic diameter in the range 40-80 nm, wherein as polycation protamine or polyarginine is used, as polyanion poly(glutamic acid)-polyethyleneglycol is used, as linker glutaric anhydride (GA) or 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbomide (EDC) is used. Also claimed is novel product, representing dispersion, which contains polymer nanoparticles with enzyme/polycation/polyanion composition, which contain antioxidant enzyme superoxidedismutase, wherein enzyme is covered with internal polycation envelope and external polyanion envelope, and wherein envelopes are covalently cross-linked with each other or inside themselves by means of linker. Also claimed is application of said dispersion as medication.

EFFECT: increase of enzyme stability in foreign medium, increase of reaction protein output, preservation of specific enzyme activity, increase of the total enzyme activity and in reduction of toxicity of dispersion of nanoparticles.
