SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to cosmetology, specifically to films with heating and cooling effect. Film with heating and cooling effect contains in the direction from the outside inside: a bearing layer filled with functional materials, and a heat-insulating layer directly in contact with the skin of the body part on which the film is applied. Bearing layer is filled with functional materials, has tight cavity sealed with flexible waterproof material, wherein the sealed cavity is filled with a chemical material with a solid-liquid phase transition, which generates heat during the transition of the material from the liquid state to the solid state and absorbs heat, when material changes from solid state to liquid state, and actuating device, which is used to initiate exothermic state of material with solid-liquid phase transition; where at least one side of the bearing layer is provided with a fluid medium reservoir; wherein the fluid medium reservoir and the bearing layer are made as a whole, and they are in communication by means of the available one-way valve. At that, heat-insulating layer is made of material having water-impermeable and heat-insulating properties, and is a film with a metal coating, made from metal and polyethylene terephthalate, oriented polypropylene, nylon, polyethylene, or non-oriented polypropylene film. Also disclosed are versions of the method of using the film, a three-dimensional face mask, versions of masks, as well as a method of using a face mask.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides a multifunctional film with self-temperature control, in which self-temperature is provided in order to meet different needs of consumers depending on temperature in the absence of external heat/cold sources.
