SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. The eye mask for treatment of dry eye syndrome designed to cover the eyes and eyelids of the user, contains: the main part; a removable element attached in a removable way to the main part, and the removable element contains a reservoir-forming wall with holding holes designed to hold liquid under the action of surface tension between the specified liquid and the walls of the holes. The main part includes electrical heating means containing resistors and a battery designed to power electrical heating means containing resistors, and the wall forming the tank is designed to surround the eyes of the user wearing the specified mask. The dry eye treatment kit includes a mask and a base designed to hold the main part of the mask and power it with electricity to recharge its battery. The method for applying the mask includes: filling the holes of the wall forming the tank with liquid; attaching the removable element to the main part; powering the heating means containing resistors from the battery; regulating the power supply of the heating means containing resistors throughout the entire or part of the so-called application time to maintain the air located in the internal space of the mask in a given temperature range throughout the entire or part of the application time.

EFFECT: use of this group of inventions will help counteract dry eyes by improving the quality of the tear film covering the cornea of the eye.
