FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to an electrochemical device for dispensing oxygen in a gaseous medium and simultaneously monitoring its content at the inlet and outlet of the oxygen pump, and can be used for cleaning gas mixtures from oxygen, as well as for enrichment of gas mixtures with oxygen. Device comprises a tube plugged from one end, made of solid electrolyte, having oxygen-ion conductivity, wherein the tube is divided into series-arranged and electrically isolated from each other two measurement cells and an oxygen pump located between them, each of which has solid electrolyte from stabilized zirconium dioxide with applied on it inner and outer porous platinum electrodes with corresponding current collectors. Tube is divided into cells and pump by means of material preventing diffusion of oxygen ions between electrolytes of cells and pump, wherein said material has a coefficient of linear expansion, as in solid electrolyte, in temperature range of 600 °C and higher.

EFFECT: higher reliability and tightness of device is technical result of invention.
