FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a reactor for enzymatic hydrolysis of material. Reactor successively includes a first heat exchanger for heating raw material to facilitate enzymatic hydrolysis of temperature, reaction chambers, as well as a second heat exchanger for heating reaction mixture to temperature exceeding the range of promoting enzymatic hydrolysis of temperatures. At that, reaction chambers are arranged at different in vertical levels, where first reaction chamber is uppermost, and the last reaction chamber is the lowest one, wherein at least one of the reaction chambers is made for mixing of its content with the inert gas passing through the chamber.
EFFECT: invention ensures stable reaction conditions for the supplied material irrespective of changes in external conditions.
