FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an apparatus and a method for enzymatic treatment of organic molecules, for example enzymatic hydrolysis of organic molecules. Enzymatic treatment plant for enzymatic treatment based on a continuous flow of organic molecules contains an enzymatic treatment zone. Turbulence-creating pipeline is arranged in said zone of enzymatic treatment. At that, turbulence-creating pipeline is made with continuously varying cross-section and/or with several repeated bends to create turbulence in order to stir the reaction mixture and to prevent particles precipitation when said reaction mixture passes through turbulence-creating pipeline. Enzymatic treatment zone includes one or more turbulence-creating pipeline with total length of at least 50 m, and average diameter of turbulence-creating pipeline ranges from 20 mm to 200 mm. Method for enzymatic treatment of organic molecules involves passage of a reaction mixture through a first zone of enzymatic treatment containing a turbulence-creating pipeline. Note here that turbulence-creating pipeline has continuously varying cross-section and/or is made with several repeated bends that are used to stir the reaction mixture and prevent precipitation of particles when said mixture flows through said turbulence-creating pipeline. Turbulence-creating pipeline is designed so that the reaction mixture undergoes turbulence inside the enzymatic treatment zone for a reaction time of 15 minutes or more.

EFFECT: claimed group of inventions ensures achievement of technical result which consists in improvement of efficiency and convenience of enzymatic treatment with simultaneous preservation of quality of produced product.
