SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to the devices allowing to close the blood vessel lumen by the endovascular method, and can be used for X-ray endovascular embolisation (targeted, controlled transosseous closure of arteries and veins, fistulas, arteriovenous fistulas, as well as disabling pathological cavities and aneurysms). Device for embolisation of a blood vessel includes an adjusting cannula, a conductor-stylet arranged in it with the possibility of movement and a spiral embol located on it. Device is equipped with a fixator fixed on the distal end of the embolus, made in the form of spring-loaded beams, the ends of which are connected to each other, and each of them has rectilinear section and platform intended for thrust against wall of vessel and at end of which there are hooks-hooks. Rectilinear section and beam site are arranged at an angle to each other. Spiral embol consists of three parts, two spiral parts interconnected by a rectilinear part located along the stylet conductor and the length of which corresponds to the length of the platform with a fixation hook-claw.

EFFECT: invention enables placing embol in a vessel with reliable fixation to vascular walls at the level of embolisation.
