FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely endovascular surgery. Femoral or radial artery is punctured under local anaesthesia and an introducer is inserted into the artery. Diagnostic catheter under X-ray control is then passed along the flexible guidewire, by means of which haemorrhage is detected. Catheter to the haemorrhage region is used to introduce a microcatheter for the purpose of selective catheterisation and embolization. Embolization is performed by glue composite under visual control. Before introducing the adhesive composite into the haemorrhage area, a glucose solution is introduced into the microcatheter in order to flush the microcatheter and prevent the early contact of the adhesive composite with blood and biological tissues. After the glucose solution is introduced through the microcatheter, bonded composite is introduced, the adhesive preparation is prepared by mixing histoacryl adhesive glue and an oil X-ray contrast preparation Lipiodol ultra-fluid (Lipiodol uitra-fluid) in ratios 1:2–1:5. They are filled with the required area of the damaged vessel. Artery is filled with the composite from the inside at the required length. That is followed by a control angiographic examination to determine the effect of embolization on the absence of X-ray contrast preparation extravasation. After the control angiographic examination, all the introduced instruments are removed and haemostasis of the puncture area of the radial or femoral artery is performed with application of a pressing aseptic bandage on the puncture area. In a particular case, the embolization is not performed unless the microcatheter is installed so that the embolyzate gets as selectively as possible.
EFFECT: method enables stopping haemorrhages of small vessels with preserving bypass blood supply of an organ without disturbing its function, as well as providing embolization of small-diameter terminal arteries - less than 1 mm at any given interval.
