FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a biopsy instrument from tubular organs. Biopsy instrument from tubular organs comprises a tubular body with a lateral opening. Cutting tool is installed inside the tubular housing with possibility of axial movement. Tubular housing is made of three parts, two of which are made of flexible material, and located between them cylindrical metal part with side hole per 1/3 of its perimeter and length equal to length of cutting tool. Cutting tool is installed on metal tube fixed inside distal part of cutting tool, made in form of hollow cutting cylinder with sealed distal end and skew proximal cutting part, and on the distal portion of the tube located in the cavity of the cutting tool, there is a side opening. On the metal tube there is a negative pressure generating unit.

EFFECT: use of the invention provides the safest and most effective biopsy.
