FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for liver transplants and injuries, as well as in treating the patients suffering malignant hepatic new growth. An inflow or outflow occlusion device comprises a stent in the form of cylindrical and conical portions, an integrated dilator with a position regulator and a delivery mechanism. The delivery mechanism comprises an installation pipe and an integrated stent push rod. The conical portion of the stent provided on its proximal end is rigidly mounted on a distal end of the push rod and aims at passing the blood flow. The cylindrical portion of the stent is polymer-coated. The dilator is configured as a supporting pipe mounted inside the push rod, and at least six branches mounted inside the supporting pipe. Distal ends of the branches are rigidly connected to a fixed hub on the distal end of the pipe. Proximal ends are attached on a driving washer. The branches have at least one full-length fixation points on a supplementary hub. The supplementary hub and the one comprising the proximal ends of the branches are carried by the supporting pipe and movable along its proximal axis.
EFFECT: invention provides occlusion of some inflows and outflows, preserving up to 95% from the magistral blood flow, and thereby enables the therapeutic concentrations of various therapeutic drugs in a single organ.
