FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of nanostructured titanium-oxide films for solar cells. Method involves application of a titanium dioxide hydrosol onto a substrate, drying to form a film and calcination thereof. Method involves magnetic treatment of hydrosol of titanium dioxide or its calcined film, which facilitates a substantial increase in the size of crystallites in the titanium oxide film, wherein the film roughness remains virtually unchanged. Preliminary titanium dioxide hydrosol is obtained by peroxide synthesis or ultrasonic treatment of titanium dioxide hydrogel not requiring use of organic reagents.
EFFECT: invention provides creation of specified nanostructure on substrate of titanium-oxide film without use of organic substances during its synthesis.
