FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: on-body measuring device for invasive measurement of analyte concentration, particularly glucose, refers to medical equipment. Device comprises sensor for percutaneous patient's tissue installation, support plate for patient's skin installation, electronics unit. Sensor for percutaneous patient's tissue installation comprises a working electrode, a counter electrode and a reference electrode. Sensor protrudes from the adhesive surface of the support plate. Electronics unit comprises microcontroller and current-measuring unit. Microcontroller has a control output, the first analogue input and the second analogue input. Control output is functionally connected to control electrode. Control electrode is working electrode or counter electrode. First analogue input is functionally connected through the current-measuring unit to the measuring electrode. Measuring electrode is a working electrode or a counter electrode. Second analog input is functionally connected to the reference electrode. Microcontroller is configured to supply control voltage to the control output of controlling the potential difference between the working electrode and the counter electrode with bringing it to a predetermined polarization voltage.
EFFECT: device widens the range of equipment.
