FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry, particularly, to vehicle stabilization of transverse stability. Vehicle transverse stabilization system comprises valve, hydraulic cylinder, stabilizer post, stabilizer, connecting hoses, stabilizer fixtures. On the stabilizer by means of bolt connection through the flanges on one side the post is installed, on the other side - the hydraulic cylinder. In the upper part of the rack there is a rubber liner, clamped on both sides by a bolted joint, guides and bushings. Lower part of hydraulic cylinder is fixed to stabilizer by means of flanges by means of bolt joint. Upper part of hydraulic cylinder is connected via nut via silent block and body. Body is connected via hoses to the valve with hoses. Valve rotor, perceiving voltage from vehicle ECU, starts to rotate and transmits rotation to intermediate shaft via key connection cylindrical gear. Shaft by means of screw gear converts rotation of shaft into translational movement of valve piston. Movement of the piston leads to change in the flow passage of the closed loop, as a result, it is possible to adjust the flow rate of the liquid.
EFFECT: higher safety during vehicle control.
