SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the automotive industry. Method realizes the following separate working stages: - manufacturing of flange (2) with internal profile (2a) with possibility of formation of tire bead seat; - manufacture of rim, on one side, with external profile (1a) with possibility of formation of tire bead seat and, on other side, with annular end surface (1b) for assembly with part (2b) of flange (2); - assembly of flange (2) with rim (1) in place (2a) of mounting said flange (2) and annular end surface (1b) of rim (1); - assembly of rim (1) and flange (2) is performed by means of welding of ring end surface (1b) of rim and flange (2) by means of one welded seam (5) of mixing friction welding using a pin in a position which enables access to both sides seam.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in hybrid wheel production speed with reduction of its weight.
